About our Internship Program:

  • Our Summer 2023 program is an 8 Week Internship that will run from Monday, June 12th through Thursday, August 3rd, 2023
  • This internship will take place on-site at our NYC headquarters
  • Interns will work Monday - Thursday and have every Friday off
  • Full time-schedule (35 hours/week) required
  • Our internship is a paid opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.
  • Company-issued computer will be provided for the duration of the internship program
  • Relocation will not be provided at this time.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for this internship)

A day in the life of a Summer Recruiting Intern:

  • Train with various members of the team to learn how each department is structured and operates.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Build a personal and professional brand throughout LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Collaborate with the team to build a strong and diverse candidate pool.
  • Assist the Recruiting team with various departmental administrative assignments and special projects
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to update candidate records, files and job statuses
  • Participate in weekly professional development sessions and DE&I events
  • Contribute towards group project that will be presented to Tandym leaders once the program concludes.
